Scope of the Service

This is a private reference service. It does not keep official custody files, booking records, court files, or jail rosters, and it cannot confirm custody, release anyone, post bond, or submit documents to an agency or court.

The site points to county, state, and federal resources that may answer different records questions, and it may link to independent research tools. References to Nebraska public records, including Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712 et seq., describe the state request framework only. They do not make this site an official custodian or guarantee release of any record.

Permitted Use

You may use the site only in a lawful, respectful manner. You agree not to:

It does not provide consumer reports, background checks, credit reports, or screening services, and neither do advertising partners through this site. You agree not to use information from the site or a linked tool for any FCRA-covered purpose, including:

• Making a hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decision.
• Evaluating a person for tenancy, housing, or a lease.
• Determining creditworthiness or insurance premiums, coverage, or eligibility.
• Deciding licensing, permit, government-program, or benefit eligibility.
• Any other use regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Links may lead to jail contacts, court systems, corrections pages, public portals, legal resources, and independent search services. A link is provided for convenience and is not an endorsement, sponsorship, or guarantee. Thayer County Busted Mugshots does not control another organization’s content, availability, privacy practices, data handling, or terms, so review those materials before using an outside service.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its contents are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. No promise is made that the service will provide:
